At RMU, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we are committed to ensuring you have the right equipment for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
